From the hamster wheel of performance to the minefield of innovation?
Coaching is a process-oriented form of consulting that focuses on professional issues. It aims to accompany people in their professional development, to support them in recognizing their strengths and abilities and to use them to be successful in the long term, and to experience the professional activity as fulfilling.
Unlike a consultant or a trainer, a business coach does not propose solutions or impart specialist knowledge or specific skills but instead accompanies the coachee in developing individual and sustainable solutions.
Reduce Organisational Strain through our unique coaching experience!

How do we do it?

Success Stories
How to switch to sustainable heating?
Our coach was supporting with one week per hour a project team of young and talented people who were hired by the CEO. The enterprise was committed to making homeowners switch to sustainable heating sources. The CEO struggled to break old habits of particular segments, and he hired the team for that task. Under the supervision of our coach, the team performed a market research project and gained insights on how best to adapt the process, which helped the homeowners decide to switch. They changed the process as proposed, tested it in the market, and after a successful test, freezed the new standard.
Die early is sometimes the best option.
Our client is an enterprise active in the construction sector. When they approached us, they had already invested several million in an innovation project. Their patented technology was ready from the technological point of view, but market success was still absent. They hired a team of young engineers to make it happen, and we had the honour to coach them. Only after three months after kick-off and with our coach's help could the team formulate a specific request for the management board with two drastic options: Either choose a downstream strategy (with positive Net Present Value) or bury the project.
The management board had all the numbers and estimations at their hand to make a fact-based decision.
